The 2026 season promises to be our most diverse and spectacular yet, with grids that showcase the full spectrum of historic racing – from classic Formula One machinery to Group C endurance icons and pre-66 GT and Touring Cars. Whether you’re a returning entrant or joining us for the first time, here’s everything you need to know about eligibility for each grid in 2026.

The headline series for historic Formula One machinery. Open to individual cars built to the appropriate Formula One regulations between 1966 and 1985, running 3000cc natural aspirated engines and turbo engines.

Events featuring the Masters Racing Legends grid:

  • 20 April – Paul Ricard, FR (Test Day)
  • 8-10 May – Grand Prix de France Historique – Paul Ricard, FR
  • 29-31 May – Masters Historic Festival – Brands Hatch, UK
  • 19-21 June – Historic GP Zandvoort – Zandvoort, NL
  • 24-26 July – Silverstone Classic – Silverstone, UK
  • 28-30 August – Classic GP Assen – Assen, NL
  • 11-13 September – Dijon Motors Cup – Dijon-Prenois, FR
  • 2-4 October – Gran Premio Storico d’Italia – Mugello, IT

Individual cars built to the appropriate Formula One regulations between 1986 and 2010. Events featuring the Masters Demo Legends grid:

  • 20 April – Paul Ricard, FR (Test Day)
  • 8-10 May – Grand Prix de France Historique – Paul Ricard, FR*
  • 29-31 May – Masters Historic Festival – Brands Hatch, UK*
  • 19-21 June – Historic GP Zandvoort – Zandvoort, NL*
  • 24-26 July – Silverstone Classic – Silverstone, UK*
  • 11-13 September – Dijon Motors Cup – Dijon-Prenois, FR*
  • 2-4 October – Gran Premio Storico d’Italia – Mugello, IT*

Open to all cars that were eligible to take part in the following competitions between 01 January 1995 and 31 December 2016 (2015-2019 for GT3 cars).

Le Mans 24 Hours / FIA Sports Car Championship (2001-2003) / IMSA (1995-1998, 2016) / Sports Racing World Cup / International Sports Racing Series / FIA World Endurance Championship / LMES / ELMS / ALMS / ILMC / USCC / GARR / Daytona Prototype IMSA.

Events featuring the Masters Endurance Legends 1 grid:

  • 8-10 May – Grand Prix de France Historique – Paul Ricard, FR
  • 29-31 May – Masters Historic Festival – Brands Hatch, UK
  • 19-21 June – Historic GP Zandvoort – Zandvoort, NL
  • 24-26 July – Silverstone Classic – Silverstone, UK
  • 28-30 August – Classic GP Assen – Assen, NL
  • 2-4 October – Gran Premio Storico d’Italia – Mugello, IT

Open to all cars that were eligible to take part in the following competitions between 01 January 1999 and 31 December 2019.
Events featuring the Masters Endurance Legends 2 grid:

  • 29-31 May – Masters Historic Festival – Brands Hatch, UK
  • 19-21 June – Historic GP Zandvoort – Zandvoort, NL
  • 24-26 July – Silverstone Classic – Silverstone, UK
  • 11-13 September – Dijon Motors Cup – Dijon-Prenois, FR

Celebrating the spectacular prototypes of endurance racing. Masters Group C is open to all Group C, IMSA and GTP cars running to 1982-1993 specifications.
Events featuring the Masters Group C grid:

  • 8-10 May – Grand Prix de France Historique – Paul Ricard, FR
  • 24-26 July – Silverstone Classic – Silverstone, UK
  • 28-30 August – Classic GP Assen – Assen, NL

For two-Seater racing cars or competition GT cars from FIA Periods F, G (G1, G2 GR) and H (H1, H2, HR).

Events featuring the Masters Sports Cars grid:

  • 29-31 May – Masters Historic Festival – Brands Hatch, UK
  • 19-21 June – Historic GP Zandvoort – Zandvoort, NL
  • 24-26 July – Silverstone Classic – Silverstone, UK

The series is open to pre-1966 GT, GTS and invited GTP cars from FIA Period E and F, or Pre-1963 front-engine sports racing prototypes, running to FIA Appendix K Regulations with International History built and raced in the World Endurance Championship in period.

  • 29-31 May – Masters Historic Festival – Brands Hatch, UK*
  • 19-21 June – Historic GP Zandvoort – Zandvoort, NL*
  • 24-26 July – Silverstone Classic – Silverstone, UK

*Masters Gentlemen Drivers and Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars combined grid.

The series is open to pre-1966 Competition Touring cars from FIA Period E and F, which includes homologated models of mass production road-going saloon cars which were built and marketed for sale prior to 1st January 1966, running to FIA Appendix K Regulations.

  • 29-31 May – Masters Historic Festival – Brands Hatch, UK*
  • 19-21 June – Historic GP Zandvoort – Zandvoort, NL*
