Survey on redistricting measure: Proposition 50 appears likely to pass at the ballot box, with 56% of respondents saying they plan to vote for it, according to a Public Policy Institute of California poll. The move comes on the heels of Gov. Gavin Newsom’s unusual message to supporters.
