John,
Let me be completely clear: Under federal law, it is a crime for non-citizens to vote in our elections.
Right now, radical local leaders like Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass are playing dangerous games with our elections and blurring the lines about whether non-citizens should be allowed to vote. They are perfectly willing to violate election integrity laws if it means they can secure power in exchange for illegal votes.

I wonโt let them get away with it. As your next Attorney General, I will vigorously prosecute any county, city, or politician that attempts to dilute the votes of American citizens. No one is above the law.
But today, I want to know where YOU stand:
Should noncitizens be allowed to vote in local elections?

Thank you,
